Indoor play FAQ

  • Indoor play is offered Tuesday - Friday during the week from 10am - 4pm. Please call to confirm hours that day as they are subject to change.

  • There is no time limit for indoor play. The price is for all day, leave and come back as it works for you!

  • Food is allowed within our play space within the designated food areas and our outdoor patio section.

  • For one child it is $20.00 and for each additional sibling it is $5.00.

  • We offr monthly memberships which you can find here

  • We are open to hosting classes, if you have some ideas or know of someone who would want to coordinate a class within our space, contact us!

  • We do not allow shoes within our play space. The outdoor patio, shoes are ok. Socks are required.

  • We have organic & kosher snacks, drinks, & water for sale at our play space.

  • Socks are required, no exceptions. We do provide socks for purchase if you do not have any.

Party & events FAQ

  • There is no time limit on how far in advance you would like to book your private party or event.

  • You can secure your party date by reaching out to us with the package you would like to go with and having the deposit ready. Your event date is not secured until Onyx & Sage receives the deposit.

  • Our max is 70 people, utilizing the play space in its entirety.

  • From Scratch, Essential, & Prime party package are all 2 hours & 45 mins start to finish. Our lush package is 3 hours start to finish.

  • We offer 30 minutes before party start time for set up if bringing your own decorations / supplies. We offer 15 minutes after the party has ended for close out, clean up & all guests to be out. If you go over the 15 minutes after your event has ended, you will be charged.

  • We do allow outside vendors for private events. If you would like Onyx & Sage to take over vendor coordination, it is $65.00. Outside vendor set up & take down is $150.00.

  • Yes, we do allow extra time if we do not have an event before your party time slot. Every additional 30 minutes is $150.

  • We have food options included and available for children in the Prime & Lush package but can be added to any package. We cater from CPK & Mendocino farms.

  • We have most of our props in-house such as: cake pedestals, one high chair, backdrops, themed items, & signage . Some of our props such themed backdrops or custom themed pieces we will need to be notified 3 weeks before party date.

  • The deposit is based upon the party package you have chosen. It is half of the total amount

    From Scratch deposit is - $575.00

    Essential deposit is - $650.00

    Prime deposit is - $825.00

    Lush deposit is - $1300.00

  • If you would like to choose a different party package, we will put the deposit you already made toward the new remaining balance.

  • Our party deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to change the date of your event, we will be happy to find a date that better suits you.

  • If you need to cancel, we would be happy to find a better date that suits you but the deposit is nonrefundable.

    Cancelation due to weather is also nonrefundable.

  • We have seating throughout the play space for adults and older party guests that are not participating.

  • You are allowed to drop items off to set up before the party.

  • Extra children over the the limit within the party package is subjected to be added to your final balance.

  • Yes, you can pay your party balance in full, but day of charges for extra children, add ons, etc will be added to final bill due at the end of the event.

  • Yes we do, music can be played throughout the play space via Bluetooth.

  • We do provide ice and ice buckets as an add on. Check our party information page to look at our prices.

  • Unless we have a promotion going on, we do not offer any discounts for parties and indoor play.

  • Item set up is dependent on items being set up. Please ask a staff member for more details.
